How to find out how old you really are [Tip: It’s not the same with that one from your identity card]

As you already know, we are big fans of the prevention and maintenance of the body so that it is in top shape and works perfectly. But how do you know if the way you take care of your body works?

Sure, if you feel good and look the way you like, that’s a good sign. It means you do well what you do. If you want clearer evidence, you can have it. You can measure the actual age of your body.

Your body is different than the one in the identity card

Chronological age

It’s the age that comes out of your ID card, the one you say when everyone asks you how old you are. But there are other kinds of age.

Biological age

Biological age, also called metabolic age, is the actual age of your body. It can be equal, smaller or larger than your age in the bulletin. Most of the time it is not equal to your chronological age. In other words, your body may be younger or older than your age.

If your biological age is higher than the one in the bulletin, it means that you have consumed your vitality reserves in advance, because you did not take care of your body properly. It’s an alarm signal, which you shouldn’t ignore. If you keep it that way, you run the risk of experiencing more and more physical suffering as you get older. I doubt you want that.

If your biological age is less than your chronological age, congratulations! It means you have a younger body than other people your age. Keep it up, you do well what you do. Of course, you can go into finer details, there is always something you can improve in the functioning of your body, to make you feel even better. But you’re on the right track.

How you can measure the biological age of your body

So far, I’ve come up with two ways to measure biological age:

Analysis with the SCIO bioresonance device

It is a device that you find in some medical offices, and it works on the principles of bioresonance. I have done some such analyzes in the past.

What I can say is that after I first measured several parameters, including biological age, I made some changes in my diet. I stopped eating sugar, processed products, I ate more raw vegetables and natural foods. After a month, I did another SCIO analysis again and there were clear differences in the measured parameters, including biological age, which decreased.

My conclusion is that SCIO detects changes in the body, and can be used as a benchmark to figure out where to start and if to go in the right direction.

Analysis with the Omega device

The Omega device is a device that measures the electric field of the heart and brain. It records over 60 parameters of the heart and brain and based on them provides a wide range of information, including the biological age of the body.

I had the opportunity to do an analysis with the Omega device at the Fit for Life wellness center.

There may be other devices that can measure the actual age of the body. When we find out about other than the above, we will complete the article, so that you have more alternatives at hand to measure your progress on the road to strengthening your health.

How old are you?

If you want to feel and look your best, take care of your body. Take care of him properly, and you will keep his biological age at the same level as the one in the documents, or you will even lower it. Yes, you can have a body “younger than you”. When you need ideas for this, read the Wellnessist articles.

I’ve managed to keep the biological age below the chronological age so far, so I know it’s possible, and it’s not that hard. At the last measurement, my biological age was 12 years below the chronological age. I’m just saying that to see that it is possible is not a cause for praise. What I want is for this to become normal for all people.

Have you ever measured your biological / metabolic age? How did it turn out for you, smaller or larger than the one in the bulletin? What exactly did you do to reduce it, if it came out bigger? If your biological age turned out to be lower than your chronological age, what in your lifestyle do you think makes it so? I’m waiting for you to tell me in the comments.
