Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Standard Warranty Coverage
   Each unit is accompanied by a 5-year standard warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty provides full coverage for the main unit, including both parts and labor required for any necessary repairs.
2. Extended Warranty Options
   Customers have the option to purchase additional warranty years at a rate of €50 per unit, per year. This extension maintains the same level of coverage for parts and labor as the standard warranty.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
   The warranty is subject to the following exclusions:

Accessories & Consumables: Coverage does not extend to external components (hoses, adapters, installation connectors) or filters, which are considered consumables.

Water Quality: Damage caused by improperly treated or untreated hard water is not covered.

External Factors: Malfunctions due to power surges, mechanical accidents, or improper handling are excluded.

Shipping & Returns: Please note that the warranty does not cover shipping and return costs. All costs associated with transporting the unit to and from the service center for repair or evaluation are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Service and Claims
   During the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace any defective components of the main unit at no cost for parts or labor, provided the terms above are met. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
